We are seeking a skilled Lease Administration Specialist to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in lease administration.
Main Responsibilities:- Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received from clients.
- Perform audits for lease administration clients, recommending action for additional audit and recovery where necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings, ensuring accurate credits and charges are made and recorded.
- Assist with CAM reconciliations to ensure accuracy and adherence to business control standards and guidelines.
- Review contracts to identify fees and share audit savings with relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems efficiently.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen analytical mindset.
