Job Overview

The Leasing Coordinator is a crucial role in facilitating a seamless leasing process. This position entails coordinating and scheduling property showings, assisting prospective tenants, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of property availability and leasing appointments.
  • Follow up with leads and provide information about available properties, pricing, and requirements.
  • Update and manage leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status.
  • Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally.

Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries is critical.
  • Proficiency in YARDI is necessary for effective performance.
  • Detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational and time-management skills will excel in this position.
