We are seeking an experienced Clinician Profile Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and submission-ready profiles for clinicians preparing to be submitted to client job orders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with multiple tasks. Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing is highly advantageous, but not required.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Format clinician resumes according to client standards.

  • Collect and organize certifications, licenses, and skills checklists.

  • Ensure all required data is thoroughly gathered, verified, and organized.

  • Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission by Talent Advisors and Clinical Experts.

  • Update Applicant Tracking System records accurately and maintain documentation status.

  • Communicate proactively with Talent Advisors and Clinical Experts to ensure timely submission of profiles.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or document processing role.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.

  • Excellent organization and efficient file management skills.

  • A strong customer-first mindset and proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • Ability to manage high-task volumes and consistently meet deadline-driven work.
