As a critical leader in product development, you will drive the process from start to finish. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives while driving innovation and success.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.\
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.\
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.\
  • Strategize and present product development ideas to stakeholders, proactively updating them on progress.\
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined.\
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.\
  • Improve the product delivery process by embracing agile methodologies.\
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.\
  • Aquire a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.\

      • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role).\
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\
      • Experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.\
      • Strong project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time.\
      • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.\
      • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.\
      • Proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.\
      • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.\
