**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Business Analyst to evaluate and analyze financial performance and business operations. A strong financial analyst will play a vital role in helping our organization make informed strategic decisions by providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments to drive growth and improve profitability.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track progress and measure success.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in software development and/or health-tech industries.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
