Job Title

Senior Financial Planning Specialist

This role involves strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and championing digital innovation within a finance organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Digital Innovation and Process Optimization
  • Lead or support projects focused on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Additional Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenge business assumptions and identify areas for digital and financial optimization.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, helping shape critical business strategies.

This is a full-time position that requires strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate will have experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
