Product Insights Specialist

This is a home-based role where you'll analyze user behavior, metrics, and data to support product roadmap decisions. Key responsibilities include analyzing user patterns, defining key product metrics, performing deep-dive analyses, partnering with engineers on tracking requirements, ensuring accurate data collection, and monitoring data quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and experience with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Pendo, Amplitude.
- Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a SaaS or B2B tech environment, supporting product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses. You will also have the chance to prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
