Our mobile app is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our product development team.

This role involves measuring and analyzing user behavior, as well as making data-driven decisions about future app directions. You will become an integral part of our data-driven team, working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to drive business results.

About the Job

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement plans to track user engagement and behavior.
  2. Working with engineers to create detailed measurement specifications for new features and product updates.
  3. Participating in daily standups, brainstorming sessions, planning meetings, and backlog refinements to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  4. Designing and executing A/B testing experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including data exports and SELECT statements.
  • Excellent understanding of statistical concepts, such as averages, means, correlation, and quantiles.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to collect, analyze, and visualize data for business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
