Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our U.S. accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, accounts payable, and 1099 checks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and cash management, including weekly cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, such as managing transaction cycles and maintaining data room organization.
  • Assist with transitioning support staff on clients, review and approve payroll processing, and facilitate client communication.
  • Lead month-end close procedures, review monthly balance sheet schedules, and investigate variances.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of relevant U.S. work experience.
  • CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or similar systems required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Inventory accounting experience necessary.
