Job Title: Home-Based Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Home-Based Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day clerical tasks such as processing, sorting, and routing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sort and distribute vendor invoices to the billing and accounts payable departments as necessary.
  • Manage product inventory; receive and forward documentation to the sales support team.
  • Track orders from production schedules to delivery dates through workflow management systems.
  • Manage backorder processes, including identification of backorders and replacement with comparable products.
  • Reduce accounts receivable aging by effectively managing and taking action on outstanding payments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, or Administrative Assistance roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work EST hours (graveyard shift) during regular business days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Wild Apricot, JotForm, Canva, SharePoint, Slack, and other relevant software.
