Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven professional to support our finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations across multiple countries.

  • Process accounts payable invoices, resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate posting in accounting software.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for applicable jurisdictions.
  • Reconcile bank statements weekly against ledger entries.
  • Maintain databases, including data entry and backup documentation.
  • Prepare reconciliations and journal entries related to accounts payable adjustments.
  • Manage monthly revaluation of foreign vendor balances and cash positions.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules for funding requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or Business Management.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with solid exposure to accounts payable and general ledger.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and cycles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
