Delivery Centre Leader

We are looking for a highly experienced leader to head our Delivery Centre in Manila. This role will oversee end-to-end operations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive strategic growth in alignment with global standards. The Delivery Centre Leader will be responsible for people leadership, operational governance, client delivery, and overall business performance.

As Delivery Centre Head:

• Serve as the local leader for community engagement, HR, recruitment, and employee initiatives.
• Drive workplace culture and establish the Centre as an employer of choice.
• Chair the Centre's Leadership Team, ensuring effective governance and decision-making.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, mentoring, and career development programs.
• Manage staff welfare budgets and oversee corporate support functions (HR, IT, Admin, Risk).
• Champion CSR, Diversity & Inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.

As Head of Delivery:

• Integrate Centre operations with global and regional delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to grow service offerings and expand jurisdictional reach.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all functions.
• Drive strategic expansion, team scale-up, and client-centric innovation.
• Lead KPI planning, analysis, and reporting to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Implement global tools, technologies, and methodologies for seamless operations.
• Maintain strict compliance with quality, risk, and governance standards.

Strategic Focus Areas:

• Client Management: Oversee client transitions, solutioning, and onboarding.
• Sales Alignment: Represent the Centre in global and regional initiatives.
• Risk Management: Assess and escalate risks across delivery and support functions.
• Process Excellence: Promote Lean, Continuous Improvement, and automation practices.
• Business Continuity: Ensure compliance with BCP and certifications (ISO, SOC).
• Efficiency & Cost Management: Optimize utilization, cost-to-serve, and efficiency.
• Innovation: Drive digital transformation and future-ready delivery models.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in shared services, compliance, tax, process, or technology delivery in a global environment.
• Proven success in managing large teams across functions and geographies.
• Strong background in recruitment, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Solid track record in client satisfaction, risk management, and delivery excellence.
• Expertise in process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• MBA, FP&A, or other post-graduate qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at a global level.
