
Strategic Customer Success Professional

The primary objective of this position is to serve as a trusted advisor for some of our most valued customers. This involves championing their needs, sharing in-depth knowledge of our products, providing innovative solutions, building strong relationships, and driving success.
This role demands exceptional customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to drive adoption across multiple product technology stacks. Key responsibilities include managing Adoption Campaigns, facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and executing on mutual success plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in developing strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner, and proactively driving adoption to maximize return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you should be comfortable interacting with and influencing C-level executives, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience
- A proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals
- Rare blend of technical expertise and sales acumen
