Career Opportunities: Expert Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our growing organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email, conducting customer health checks, and capturing the Voice of the Customer.
You will build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns, collaborate with global teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics.

What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of Customer Success experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
- Experienced in onboarding new clients or product users (Delivering demos and presentations)
- Experienced in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews
- Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
- Preferably with experience in handling retention/renewals motion, but not required
