About the job

We are looking for a skilled Foreman / Leadman to join MG Britannica Service Center on Quezon Ave. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise technicians, and ensure quality service in our automotive repair shop.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any automotive course or degree
  • Certified NCI and NCII
  • At least 1 year of experience in dealership or automotive industry
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee technicians and mechanics, assign tasks, and ensure work quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for technicians, including workshops and online courses to update skills.
  • Workflow Management: Manage shop workflow, allocate resources, coordinate with parts and service departments to optimize productivity.
  • Quality Control: Inspect repairs, oversee diagnostics, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to technicians for complex repairs.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep records of repairs, parts, labor, and prepare reports on productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Address operational issues and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
