We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to lead and execute third-party audits specific to the automotive industry. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and related standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full audit cycles in accordance with global and IATF-specific procedures
  • Review client capabilities and proposal worksheets before engagement
  • Conduct desk studies of client quality management systems and prepare detailed audit plans, checklists, and itineraries
  • Perform and lead on-site audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or other relevant technical fields as required by the automotive industry
  • Certified as a Registered Lead Auditor (RLA), meeting IATF and internationally recognized accreditation body requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive sector, with at least 2 years in quality assurance, quality control, or IATF 16949 auditing
  • Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and related automotive quality standards

Audit Planning and Execution

  • Approve audit reports and ensure the quality and completeness of audit documentation
Training and Development
  • Customize and deliver training programs related to IATF 16949 and related standards
  • Support the development and assessment of auditors under training
  • Provide technical guidance and serve as a mentor to audit team members
