Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

In this role, you will interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate information regarding workers' compensation claims. You will also utilize various systems such as StrataWare, CompIQ, and Call Track to manage calls and provide efficient customer service.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn and apply medical terminology. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Windows-based software and have experience working in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience (voice).
  • Ability to learn ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT/HCOC coding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software.
  • Ability to learn and apply basic medical terminology.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
