Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in the medical equipment industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining existing relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:
  1. Physically cover and saturate assigned area hospitals and clinics by identifying opportunities for MRI, CT-scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, Hospital Informatics sales requirements.
  2. Close deals in a timely manner by methodically following established sales processes.
  3. Identify target list of hospitals/clinics based on Himex target market.
  4. Prepare clear reports per prescribed format with pertinent information (closure timeline, customer considerations, competitors, decision-makers).
  5. Establish reliable and lasting relationships with customers to ensure favored positioning of Himex in sales deals.
  6. Meet prescribed customer visitation quotas.
  7. Meet prescribed presentation/demo quotas monthly.
  8. Build a sales pipeline meeting the company's deal targets.
  9. Identify and cultivate Key-opinion leaders through effective clinical promotion.
  10. Undertake telephone marketing and other customer outreach initiatives to identify sales opportunities.
  11. Maintain diligent prospecting and customer visitation routines using sales CRM tools.
  12. Stay organized with scheduling to meet pipeline closure timelines.
  13. Strictly adhere to company liquidation/reimbursement policies and ensure timely submission of receipts.
