Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sales in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls.
  2. Sales Channel Management: Manage platforms including Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and others.
  3. Sales Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer's experience.
  4. Daily Sales Reports: Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
  6. Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers' contact details and interests.
  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service by addressing customer complaints, returns, and refunds promptly and professionally.
  8. Fulfilling Customer Requests: Handle requests such as same-day delivery booking, product reservations, and monogramming.
  9. Operational Management: Manage booking, tracking, and updating of clients' orders via same-day delivery or parcel, packing and recording of purchased orders, and periodic checking of inventory.
Requirements:
  • Female candidates only
  • 2-year course or college graduate
  • At least 2 years' work experience preferably in online selling
  • Sales-oriented and can-do attitude mindset
  • Knowledge of online marketing trends (Social Media, Website, and Online selling platforms)
  • Comfortable with numbers and using Microsoft Excel for sales reports
