The key responsibilities of this position include:

  1. Administering and executing purchase request workflows and processes.
  2. Assisting with vendor management and setup, ensuring alignment with policies and internal controls.
  3. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of purchase request tickets in the queue, following up with business stakeholders in Coupa and other systems, including system testing, payments, and troubleshooting.
  4. Collaborating with the Procurement Manager to optimize regular operations.
  5. Identifying creative ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of procurement activities.
  6. Monitoring purchase requests and conducting periodic Purchase Order reviews.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in an area of corporate management relative to spend and/or contracts.
  • 2+ years of experience with Coupa.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills, both written & verbal English proficiency.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets.
