Job Title: Knowledge Information Manager

The primary objective of the Knowledge Information Manager role is to lead and develop an organization's IT knowledge management strategy, ensuring its alignment with industry best practices. This position requires expertise in IT operational areas, particularly Systems Administration and broader IT Support/infrastructure.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT knowledge management framework that defines policies, procedures, and guidelines for content creation, review, and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee the entire knowledge article lifecycle, from acquisition and creation to storage, organization, distribution, and utilization.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, relevant, and consistent knowledge articles in terms of language and structure.
  • Provide expert feedback on grammar, syntax, punctuation, and overall English language quality of knowledge content.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in IT Service Management, preferably with a significant portion dedicated to Knowledge Management leadership roles.
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Support Specialist, or similar frontline IT operational role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and administering Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology within an ITSM framework.

This role demands a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and daily operational challenges, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills.
