Senior Financial Insights Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Business Analyst to drive financial insights and identify areas for improvement across our business and operational processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses strong financial modeling and analytical skills, preferably in SaaS and/or health-tech industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Develop and interpret financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive scalability.
- Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives.
- Research industry trends and benchmarks to inform financial recommendations.
- Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting at a high level.
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
- Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools.
- Advanced skills in Excel and accounting/finance platforms.
