Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator to manage our property portfolio. This role will require the ability to collect, verify and maintain accurate property information and records.

The ideal candidate will excel at obtaining and organizing property data, managing tenant communications and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. They will also be responsible for coordinating property inspections, maintenance and repairs, as well as preparing and managing leases, forms and notices using digital tools.

  • Track rent payments, late fees and lease renewals

  • Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property administration or management
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
