Vehicle Tripping Assistant is responsible for scheduling of trips and processing of transport billing and Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors and checks on Company/Rental vehicle driver's attendance
  • Oversee vehicle scheduling and routes, dispatch vehicles, and provide timely information to drivers
  • Provide solutions for drop-off and pickup problems
  • Assist with the supervision of day-to-day operations
  • Generate list of Trip Request for Tripping schedule
  • Prepares rental vehicle assignment and print trip tickets
  • Coordinated with rental vehicle providers the additional daily rental vehicle requirements
  • Prepared and print next day trip schedule with vehicle assignment
  • Check supporting documents such as trip tickets, vehicle itineraries and allocates costs to different cost centers, prepares charging of accounts to concerned department/cluster
  • Confirm trip request at SAP

OTHERS

  • Process booking of Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS)
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time
