Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate program documentation, including project reports and financial summaries, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate workshops, create presentation materials, and disseminate essential information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and tools to enhance project delivery and team performance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing proactive strategies to address potential issues and minimize their impact.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and feedback to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in project management or program support within the IT/Technology function in the banking sector.
  • Familiarity with the Philippine market or Asian region is desired.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of analytical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems is a valuable asset.
