Job Opportunity for Accountant

Seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting general bookkeeping tasks, and utilizing knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations and track expenses to ensure the integrity of financial records.
  • Utilize knowledge of depreciation models and accounting principles to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with financial audits and prepare necessary documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a client-facing position.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a startup company.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Experience working within the Bill.com platform.
  • Strong understanding of general bookkeeping, depreciation models, reconciliation, and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in data analysis and performing cost-benefit analysis.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,600-2,000 USD monthly, commensurate with experience. The final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Working Schedule

The working schedule is flexible, with options of 8a-5p or 9a-6p EST. This allows for a great work-life balance and flexibility to accommodate different needs.
