About This Role

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring efficiency in all financial dealings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process efficiently.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure all financial data is accurate and readily available.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a financial professional.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of accounting frameworks (e.g., IFRS, U.S GAAP).
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
