System Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in crafting scalable systems, process automations, and executive dashboards that drive measurable impact. As a key player, you will lead the orchestration of advisory committees and subject-matter experts to co-create and optimize systems across various business verticals.

This is a high-impact role for an innovative builder who can simplify complexity, translate vision into operations, and deliver tangible results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Simplification: Map and simplify end-to-end processes into clear SOPs (owners, SLAs, templates).
  • Automation & Integration: Build no/low-code integrations and automations across our stack (Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace/M365).
  • Dashboards & Analytics: Launch executive dashboards and track before/after impact (cycle time, error rates, cost per task, adoption).
  • Advisory Committee Management: Source, orchestrate, and facilitate advisory committees / SMEs: identify gaps, shortlist experts, negotiate engagements, run workshops, convert recommendations into implemented changes, and track outcomes.
  • Change Management: Train process owners and drive change management and adoption.
  • Pilot & Rollout: Run POC → Pilot → Rollout with clear success metrics and learnings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent fields like Systems Engineering, Data/Applied Statistics, Operations Research, CS/Software (Integrations/APIs), Supply Chain, Engineering Management, Service Design, Project/Product Management, or Quality Management.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPM/Automation/Operations Excellence.
  • Cross-Industry Exposure: Real estate, construction, marketing/brokerage, retail/e-commerce, manufacturing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Tools & Skills: Zapier/Make/Power Automate; Notion/Airtable/Google Workspace; familiarity with APIs/Webhooks (basic SQL/Apps Script is a plus).
  • Remote Readiness: Initial remote engagement with 4–5 hours overlap with Riyadh time; potential conversion to on-site full-time at HQ (Jeddah, KSA) based on successful outcomes; stable internet and security hygiene (VPN/2FA).
