We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Senior Manager to join our team at RecruiterPH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Market Unit Service Lead and other stakeholders to develop and execute the Market Unit Services strategy and business plan.
  • Implementation and Execution: Drive the implementation of the strategy, including managing and tracking execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across all relevant stakeholders.
  • Leadership Support: Enable and support the Service Leadership team, including Practice Leads, Function Leads, Industry Leads, and Corporate Function leads.
  • Governance and Operations: Establish and manage the governance structure, including preparing and facilitating all recurring MU Service leadership meetings and business reviews.

Key Performance Metrics: Analyze and report key performance metrics across Sales, Finance, and Talent, including pipeline, BD, sales, revenue, CCI, chargeability, etc.

Collaboration and Communication: Partner with MU leadership and key stakeholders to lead engagement for the Service in the MU, providing guidance, leadership, and oversight to the MU Service people engagement teams.

Marketing and Growth: Work directly with Marketing to execute the external marketing strategy and plan for the Service, driving adoption of global, Market, and Market Unit guidelines and initiatives in alignment with the MU Service growth agenda.

Best Practices and Alignment: Coordinate and align with other Market Unit Service Business Operations Leads as appropriate, sharing best practices and programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10-15 years of experience
