We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Service Crew/Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice managed by TFI Group of Companies. As a Service Crew/Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Promote company products by educating customers, welcoming them, and determining their interests and needs.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories by replenishing supplies, stocking, and maintaining equipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and addressing preventive maintenance.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year Food and Beverage related course or at least college level, or Sr High school graduate with NCII.
  • Work Experience: At least 1-year work experience in a casual dine-in restaurant or fast food, or Fresh Graduate with On the Job Training background as Barista.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Visible Tattoo is allowed as long as it can be concealed or covered by an arm sleeve.
