Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Analyst Role

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Analyst plays a vital role in the SmartEnergy Management Department, supporting the accurate management of key performance indicators across a diverse client portfolio. The role involves monitoring data quality, resolving data issues, coordinating with meter providers, and ensuring effective use of internal systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Management

  • Identify and request missing or substituted key performance indicators.
  • Manually upload and verify key performance indicators in the internal CRM system.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to solar and substituted key performance indicators.
  • Escalate unresolved data issues to the Meter Leader.

New KPIs Feed Management

  • Review and activate new key performance indicators feeds.
  • Manage CRM tickets related to new feed activations.

Stakeholder Communication & Support

  • Provide responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with meter providers and retailers for data access.
  • Respond promptly to internal team queries.

System & Record Maintenance

  • Ensure accuracy of data in internal systems and service records.
  • Maintain up-to-date and consistent customer records.

General & Team Responsibilities

  • Participate in team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support reporting tasks and ad hoc departmental needs.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development.
  • Uphold data confidentiality and service standards.
  • Take ownership of task quality and timeliness to meet KPIs.

Note: This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree in Business Administration, IT or Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Data entry experience required, with experience in a metering, energy services, utilities, or data-intensive environment highly desired.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent planning, time management, and self-organisation.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and results-driven approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
