Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to interact with patients, representatives, providers, pharmacies, and more.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional care in all interactions.
  • Multitask and ensure attention to detail.
  • Advocate for patients and build strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Respect diverse cultures and adhere to established standards for quality compliance.
A Typical Week:
  • Schedule appointments and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Research issues and provide workable solutions.
  • BUILD TRUST WITH CUSTOMERS while maintaining effective relationships.
  • Prioritize tasks, eliminate obstacles, and adjust behavior as needed.
  • Effectively utilize multiple systems, such as CRM, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of general business experience, preferably in customer service.
  • Ability to type at least 35 wpm.
  • Familiarity with Windows PC, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
