We are seeking a Marketing Automation Strategist to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus). Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud) is also highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns
  • Managing and enhancing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs
  • Ensuring smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities
  • Monitoring key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborating with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications
  • Maintaining database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud)
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills
