Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious Loan Specialist to join our operations team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn from industry-leading systematic processes while building a career in premium mortgage services.

The ideal candidate will have a systematic mindset, be an autonomous learner, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for managing application workflows, coordinating with clients and third parties, and resolving complex application issues.

This is a remote position that requires the ability to work collaboratively with an Australian team and adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate will be expected to reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile and disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and submit mortgage applications prepared by our strategy team with exceptional attention to detail
  • Manage application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties
  • Handle discharge processes with outgoing lenders and manage settlement coordination
  • Respond to lender MIRs (More Information Required) initially with strategy team support

  • A systematic approach to work, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Apply Online or similar platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and optimize digital workflows
  • Administrative or customer service experience, demonstrating attention to detail and client focus
  • Technology comfort, with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
