Property Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to oversee the control, tracking, and movement of government and company-owned assets. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate property records.

This is a nationwide project, and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update asset records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment.
  • Manage property transfers, including documentation and coordination of related activities.
  • Oversee logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements.
  • Prepare and submit reports for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align asset management practices.
  • Conduct routine physical inventories and resolve any identified discrepancies.
  • Prepare records and documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for effective asset handling, tracking, and control.
  • Monitor contract requirements to ensure full compliance.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and finance teams for end-to-end asset lifecycle coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property and logistics management.
  • Solid understanding of relevant regulations and asset management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and asset transfers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset/property management systems.
  • Ability to support audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and working independently in fast-paced settings.
