  3. Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
  • A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring.
