Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Professional

The Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Professional is a key member of the HR team responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role involves a range of responsibilities including talent attraction, onboarding, employer branding, employee activities, and HR communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences to ensure new hires feel welcome and supported.
  • Manage and maintain the company's employer brand to showcase its unique culture and values.
  • Plan and execute employee activities and events that promote engagement and well-being.
  • Provide HR communications to employees, including news, updates, and announcements.
Requirements:
  • Proven interviewing skills and ability to conduct thorough assessments.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite with knowledge of Canva or other design applications.
  • Event management skills with experience planning and executing successful events.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition and employee experience.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resource Management, or related field.

This is an entry-level, full-time position in the Human Resources department.
