We are seeking an experienced Accounting Consolidation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures under US GAAP. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, especially in intercompany eliminations, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures.
  • Maintain various schedules supporting financial statements and disclosures.
  • Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for intercompany activities.
  • Review standalone financial statements of subsidiaries to understand operations and ensure accurate disclosures.
  • Work extensively with ERP systems, building customized reports for data analysis and reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting and have at least 6-10 years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including consolidations and US GAAP reporting. A CPA or equivalent international certification is a plus.
