We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team at Smart Communications, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative products that will drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales/project management/business development, with a preference for A2P messaging and carrier relations. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a pleasing personality.

This role involves account management, where you will review and finalize agreements with partners, monitor traffic performance, and coordinate with existing and prospective partners. You will also be responsible for product and project development, innovating and conceptualizing new products and projects to augment total revenue.

  • Account Management:
    • Reviews and finalizes NDA, Interworking SMS Agreement, and monthly arrangements with existing and prospective partners.
    • Monitors and analyzes traffic performance of Partners to respond quickly in case of traffic abnormality, ensuring commitments are implemented.
    • Coordinates with existing and prospective partners.
  • Product and Project Development:
    • Innovates and conceptualizes products and projects that will help augment total revenue.
    • Leads end-to-end conceptualization and implementation of the product and project.
    • Create marketing campaigns and materials, together with Marketing Communications, to communicate product features and attract new prospects and existing customers.
    • Conveys the product positioning, strategy, and roadmap to the product development team.

This is a full-time position with a seniority level of Associate and job function of Product Management in the Telecommunications industry.
