Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Generate and release purchase orders based on approved demand forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to internal clients, resolving any issues that may impact delivery effectiveness and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data related to product demand and trends using various tools and software.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve overall objectives.
Requirements
  • Supply planning experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Experience or exposure in inventory management, operations, or importation is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced experience in data analysis and sales/marketing trends and data presentation.
  • Experience in using ERP systems, particularly ERP Next.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, Graphs, Macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
