We are a Japanese owned company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality mold designs. We also serve as one of the biggest distributors of lightning, electronic parts, and electrical equipment.

As a Logistics and Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for processing orders from customers, preparing purchase orders for suppliers, and monitoring stock levels to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare purchase orders for suppliers and negotiate prices
  • Monitor stock levels and implement inventory management strategies
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate logistics with third-party providers to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 month of experience in purchasing or logistics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
