We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Customer Support Consultant, crypto. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to provide top-notch customer support via chats and emails while building positive relationships with customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries via chat and email. You will also work closely with our team to ensure that all customer requests are met efficiently and effectively.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously. They will also have a strong understanding of cutting-edge technology and be comfortable working with sensitive customer information.

Requirements:
  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support role
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
Preferred Skills:
  • CRM systems experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
