HCM Workday Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Analyst Consultant to join our global delivery center.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM projects, as well as providing subject matter expertise on best practices.
Responsibilities include executing day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for client contracts, providing training sessions with clients to analyze business requirements, and identifying strategies and risks for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements.
The successful candidate will become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 3 years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction
- Active HCM Workday Certification
- Strong consulting and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset
