Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Accounting Officer to handle and supervise the filing of BIR Tax Returns and remittance of corresponding tax due.

This role oversees functions in the Tax Accounting Unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Review computations of taxes and ensure timely filing and remittance of taxes due for BIR-registered trust accounts and mutual funds.
  • Ensure submission of required regulatory reports to BIR on or before deadlines.
  • Handle first review of documents required for BIR registration, ATP application, CBA Application, TIN cancellation, and other BIR requirements.
  • Coordinate first review of documents needed for BIR audit submissions.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related Business Course (preferably CPA).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Tax Accounting/Tax Compliance.
