About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to assist in gathering market intelligence through online research and direct phone outreach.

  • Contacting property staff or reviewing websites to collect data such as rental rates, occupancy levels, and market information.
  • Tracking new developments, acquisitions, and listings to ensure our data remains accurate and up-to-date.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify and update property information via phone calls.
  • Gather rental and occupancy data through online research.
  • Track development pipelines, including projects, locations, and ownership changes.
  • Identify property sales, listings, and ownership changes.
  • Manage data using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Communicate findings clearly and accurately via email and internal tools.

Necessary Skills:

  • A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable using VOIP systems via Microsoft Teams for phone calls.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • A reliable computer setup, preferably with dual monitors and a stable internet connection.
  • Able to work independently and deliver high-quality, accurate work.
