Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in the IVD industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell IVD products and solutions to healthcare providers, laboratories, and medical institutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including lab directors, physicians, and purchasing teams
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including expanding market reach and finding new clients
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients on IVD products
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and technical expertise on the use and benefits of IVD products
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience, at least 8 years sales and marketing experience in IVD-related product field
  • Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, immunology products, etc., and ability to understand customers' needs in each different market segment
  • Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
