As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on order status, inventory, and shipping. This includes coordinating order routing to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners, ensuring compliance with client-specific routing guides and shipping requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate order routing to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor order progress using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and communicate any delays or issues to clients.
  • Submit routing requests, schedule carrier pickups, and track shipments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Benefits:
  • Prior experience in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with routing guides, retailer compliance, and shipping requirements is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on excellent service.
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (experience with Extensiv or similar platforms is a plus).
