Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

This role involves handling inbound calls, utilizing proactive customer service techniques, and troubleshooting procedures to create an exceptional experience for customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for retaining existing customers through effective consulting techniques and maintaining a positive attitude in support of our company's commitment to excellence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, including being positive, pleasant, respectful, and customer-focused. They must also have a good command of the English language, excellent enunciation, and grammar. Additionally, they should be able to retain detailed information, solve complex problems in a customer service environment, comprehend and interpret basic customer information, and exercise emotional sensitivity to customer needs and challenges.

Working Conditions

Must be flexible and willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and any work schedule required to satisfy client and customer needs in a 24/7 work environment.
