
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Be the voice and heart of our client. Represent our values in every interaction, showing professionalism, care, and respect to guests and chauffeurs around the world.
- Think beyond the script. You'll be trusted to find creative solutions—even outside our usual policies—when it's the right thing to do for the guest.
- Turn difficult moments into positive experiences. Stay calm under pressure, build trust, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Make service feel personal. Use phone, email, and chat to support people across the globe—keeping your tone friendly, clear, and consistent with our premium brand.
- Solve problems with confidence and care. Handle a wide variety of questions and challenges by combining policy knowledge with common sense and compassion.
- Take initiative. You'll proactively help prevent problems before they start and suggest ways to improve the guest experience.
- Work as a team. Collaborate with teammates, share ideas, and contribute to group projects that improve how we serve customers.
- Share insights that matter. Provide helpful feedback and data from your conversations to support product and service improvements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (fresh graduates also welcome)
- Ride-hailing, Dispatch, Travel, Hotel Reservations and Escalations experience is an Advantage.
- Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional
- Ready to start right away
- Amenable to working in Eastwood, Quezon City on a shifting schedule.
- Must reside within 10 km radius of Eastwood, Quezon City
