We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless project execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
- Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams.
- Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
- Flag bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Provide weekly operational reports on progress and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to work independently in a remote setup.
